Facts: Golf is one of a few sports which could be practiced even in one´s prime age. In the meantime more and more children are intrested in this diversified sport too. For sports medicines it´s a perfect training with only a few manageable risks. But much more important than energy are in Golf components like technique and accuracy. Altough a warm-op for the body is essential. Otherwise problems in your shoulder, wrist, elbow and back are possible because of overloading. To avoid this, there are a few exercises you could do on the beginning. For example: put your head to the side and persist for two or three seconds. Afterwards press your palms for five seconds together. Thirdly pep up your cardiovascular system with twenty knee-bands. And at last put your golf-beater crosswise behind your neck and turn your upper part of the body atlernately from one to the other side (10 repeats). Now you are ready for healthful golf.
